Leave the M6 at junction 32 and take the M55 towards Blackpool. At the roundabout turn at the end of motorway. Keep left signposted Lytham St Annes. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn L at next traffic lights. Turn right onto Kilnhouse Lane. At double mini roundabout turn left onto Highbury Rd East.
