All members of Lancashire and Cheshire DA are invited to give their input.
Please note that although any member of the club can attend the AGM, in order for you to take part, you must be a member of the DA (ie your membership card will state Lancashire and Cheshire DA). If you camp with us regularly and wish to change your DA to Lancashire and Cheshire DA, please contact our Secretary for the correct form.
Notices of motion and nominations for committee in writing to Glenda Tracey (details in Out and About) no later than 9th March 2008
The AGM will take place at 2:30pm and will be followed by a “Irish Night” themed social in the evening, with quizzes, fun and games.
