A straightforward enough run down the various motorways and A roads saw us take an hour and three quarters to arrive at Dinnarth Hall Farm. The rally field is next to the main site and is ENORMOUS and FLAT. A river runs along the bottom end of the field and then there's a view of a variety of Welsh hillsides. (There's an estate at the back - across a few fields and so some distance away) We were able to use the showers (20p) and toilets etc. situated on the main site and were made to feel very welcome by the owner/manager.
Because of the poor turn out the site owners allowed other campers to use the same field from the Friday evening onwards. The only cause for concern here was the speed some of the cars were driven at - definitely not 5 miles an hour! That apart, all pitches were well spaced, easily exceeding the club guidelines, and there were no problems at all.
The site is within walking distance of a good pub and, for the energetic, Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea, it's a car ride into Llandudno.
